Parking for two cars
The annexe is located in a small quiet hamlet a short distance from the A30, you will require your own transport.
Newquay University Centre is 7.8 miles away, approximately an 18 minute drive. Eden University Centre is 18 miles away, approximately a 30 minute drive.
Summercourt village has a pub and a convenience store. It’s a 5 minute drive to Fraddon retail park where you’ll find Next, TK Maxx, Boots, M&S & Mc Donalds to name but a few.

The Annexe is available for the academic year 15 September 2025 – 5 June 2026, however, a full year let is open to discussion with the owner.
