Starting off with demonstrations, then taking you through the basics, our chef will highlight the quality point to look for when cooking outdoors while you cook and eat a feast of foods on the Barbecue.
There is a fee of £60 to cover ingredients and teaching materials.
2 Saturdays from 9am-4pm.

This course will refine your outdoor cooking skills and increase your knowledge.
If you enjoy the experience and want to study further then the progression route would be to enrol onto our Level 2 Professional Cookery course.
