Create delicious, authentic food dishes while exploring global culinary traditions.
Starting off with demonstrations, then taking you through the basics of different types of international and regional foods.
During this course you will cover:
• Street & Festival Foods
• Indian Cookery
• Cooking Outdoors
There is a fee of £90 to cover ingredients and teaching materials .
6 evenings spread throughout the year from 6pm – 9pm.
• 19th & 26th November 2025
• 4th & 11th February 2026
• 3rd & 10th June 2026
This course will refine your cooking skills and increase your knowledge of foods from around the world.
If you enjoy the experience and want to study further, then the progression route would be to enrol on our L2 Professional Cookery course.
