This is a 1 day certificated CPD workshop to introduce individuals to strapping and taping techniques. This course is aimed at sports massage therapists, fitness instructors or individuals with A&P knowldege who want to learn taping techniques to provide support and enhance sports performance.

Course costs - £25

History, theory and benefits of kinesiology taping, Taping techniques for the upper and lower limbs, Postural correction taping Techniques, Muscle and Odema support techniques

Knowledge of anatomy and physiology specifically muscles, bones and joints
